Finance and Projects
- Bloor Holdings Limited in connection with the GBP 240 million refinancing of its syndicated loan facilities, including in respect of Triumph Motorcycles Thailand Limited;
- Standard Chartered Bank Pcl., Siam City Bank Pcl. and TMB Bank Pcl. in connection with the Baht 5 billion financing of "The River" condominium project (preparation of credit facility agreement and related security agreements);
- Kasikornbank Pcl. and Krung Thai Bank Pcl.on its financing of Baht 30 billion term facility to Esso (Thailand) Pcl. and the Baht 7 billion short term facility to the same borrower;
- Advance Info Service Pcl. on its USD 240,660,000 unsecured financing from KfW and Nordic Investment Bank (preparation of credit facility agreement);
- Glow Energy Pcl. on its refinancing of Yen 8,100 million credit facility from Mizuho Corporate Bank and Baht 3,999,999,996 financing from six major banks in a club deal;
- Sahaviriya Steel Industry Pcl. on its Baht 3.3 billion secured acquisition financing of one of the major steel manufacturers in Thailand;
Restructuring
- Universal Starch Pcl. (formerly, Thai Wah Pcl.) on its exit of its reorganization plan and the settlement of its debts;
- Bangkok Bank Pcl. in relation to the amendment to the business organization plan of Tuntex (Thailand) Pcl. and the entry into of a shareholders' agreement with Indorama Group;
- DBS Thai Danu Bank pcl – advising DBS Thai Danu Bank on the restructuring of a number of its non performing loans;
- Universal Starch Pcl. (formerly, Thai Wah Pcl.) – advising the Steering Committee of various major Asian and European banks (including UOB, Schroders, DBS Thai Danu Bank, Soc Gen, Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Bank) in relation to the restructuring of the debts and business of Thai Wah, a major Thai hotel resorts and tapioca listed business;
- Angel Airlines – advising a Thai airline (Angel Airlines) on the restructuring of its business and capital raising exercise;
- KPMG – advising KPMG as the administrator to the sale of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s subsidiaries in Asia;
