We also have experience in dispute settlement mechanisms in Thailand. We advise on construction disputes, investment disputes, banking and finance disputes, international trade and transportation disputes, joint venture disputes, telecommunication and licensing disputes, labor disputes and other litigations in Thai courts. Our recent experiences include:

• Sinphum Co. Ltd. – advising Sinphum on disputes with Akara Limited and Kingsgate Capital Pty in respect of interests in Akara Limited, a gold mining company involving a number of Thai court proceedings and an ICC arbitration in Singapore;
• Banyan Estate and Golf Club Hua Hin – advising 50 owners of villas on an integrated golf and property development in Hua Hin in a claim against the developer in the Thai Arbitration Institution, the office of the Consumer Protection Board of Thailand and the Thai Courts;
• Total Access Communications Pcl. – advising on various judicial disputes regarding the payment of Interconnection Charge/Access Charge against TOT Pcl. and on various regulatory issues in telecommunication sector;
• White Lotus – advising on and proceeding though the Thai courts in respect of a number of disputes in relation to the Banyan Estate and Golf Club Hua Hin;
• BAE Systems Pcl., advising BAE on its disputes with an advisor to its office in Thailand;
• Phuket Prime Properties Co., Ltd., – advising PPP in respect of construction related disputes in connection with Baan Yamu Project in Phuket, Thailand;
