  • Shincorp – advising the Shinawatra family on the disposal of its interests in Shin Corporation pcl to Temasek Holdings;

  • TMB – advising TMB on its USD 1 billion recapitalisation programme;
  • SCB Asset Management Company Limited – advising SCBAM on its role as the fund manager of the Land and Houses property fund listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand;
  • KTAM – advising Krung Thai Asset Management on the proposed listing of a Thai property fund on the Stock Exchange of Thailand;

  • Anchan Capital – advising Anchan on all aspects of an integrated hotel and residential development in Koh Samui;
  • Phuket Prime Properties – advising PPP on various aspects of its Baan Yamu project in Phuket;
  • Aman Puri – advising a purchaser of all legal and contractual aspects of a development in Phuket;
  • Banyan Estates and Golf Course Hua Hin – advising the founding shareholder in respect of all matters relating to the Banyan Estates and Gold Course Hua Hin;

Employment Law

  • Manulife Insurance (Thailand) Pcl. – advising on the labour case of unfair dismissal claim from a former employee;
  • Teledata Thailand Co., Ltd. – advising Teledata on the dismissal of a number of senior management employees;
  • Rockwell Automotive (Thailand) – advising Rockwell on the various employment issues relating to the re-negotiation of terms and conditions of employment and lay-offs of staff;
  • Harlyn International Co. Ltd. – advising Harlyn on the dismissal of a number of senior employees and on the terms and conditions of employment of new senior employees;
  • Guardian Industries Corp – advising Guardian on the grant of LTIP and other incentive schemes to its Thai employees;
